Surface Preparation

Surface preparation is the most important part of any paint job. Without this, results may not be as expected and the work done will not last. We have different abrasive tools and fillers so that we are properly prepared for any job. We prepare both old and new surfaces and can do mould treatment.

General Painting & Staining

This is our most common service for interior and exterior work. Using brushes and rollers, we are equipped to paint both large and small surfaces and only use the highest quality paints.

Spray Painting (Air or Airless)

Perfect for both indoor and outdoor work, spray painting gives a high quality finish, as opposed to using a brush which leaves brush marks which is not always desirable on certain surfaces. Spray painting is most commonly used for first coats on walls and ceilings, metal surfaces and vermiculite ceilings. Beric Painting & Design, uses the right equipment to ensure a great, professional result.

Wallpapering

Wallpapering is back in fashion - especially used for feature walls to create more exciting home rooms, office spaces and shop fronts. Once again, surface preparation is most important and walls must always be sealed before any wallpaper is applied. Some wallpapers come pre-pasted but we are also able to consult with our clients as to which adhesive will be best suited to the particular wall and wallpaper.

Textured Surfaces

We are experienced in using textured paints and tools to create textured surfaces to liven up spaces or to cover up faults in walls. These effects can include metallic and pearl finishes, sponging, patterned walls (wallpaper effect) and rough plastered walls.

Balustrading

We are able to clear coat, stain or paint all types of balustrades, our balustrading work mainly involves the use of brushes but depending on the surface, we may also spray paint them instead.

Plaster/Gyprock Repairs

We are able to provide general plaster repairs including water & hole damage before we repaint.

Deck Restorations

Depending on which climate you live in, deck restorations may be required every 3-4 months or up to 2 years. We prepare the deck before painting and use oil or acrylic based material for the restoration.

Colour Consultation

Although the majority of our clients have an idea as to the colour palette they wish to use in their homes or offices, we are also able to offer a consultation service, free of charge, so that you have a variety of options and get the desired look and feel, you want for your space.
